What is “Language and cultural exchange partner system”？

You can learn a foreign language and culture from a native speaker who likes to study your mother tongue and know your culture. You can learn them efficiently with your partner in your original way. For example, you have lunch together at cafeteria talking in Japanese once a week etc... Through the learning, you may make a lot of foreign friends, come across a new culture, broaden your mind, and know your culture better.

How to make your language and cultural exchange partner?
1. Register yourself in this system according to the following process.
2. You get an e-mail when your partner candidate is found.
3. After some communication with the candidate, you and the candidate tell us that you want to start to learn a language together.

① Mail to kulceps@hotmail.co.jp with your information based on the following.
１．Full name　　２．Faculty, Department, Year　　３．Age　 ４．Gender　
５．Mother tongue
（６．A language you can teach except your mother tongue if you have an attestation.（You can only when you can show us your result of global language examinations such as TOEFL, DELF.））
７．Languages you want learn（first choice, second choice）
８．Your length of stay（year/month/date～year/month/date）
９．Your telephone number and e-mail address given by Kyoto university
(１０．How you want learn with your partner. (e.g. I’d like to center on conversation. ))
(１１．Condition of a partner（e.g. same gender as mine etc.. ）)

② Reply to an e-mail from us to show your agreement on the rule of this system.

※ There is, of course, a possibility to find a language exchange partner without registration of this system.
